Real Ludo Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Real Ludo ("Real Ludo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Real Ludo mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Real Ludo, we may collect or receive:

Name associated with your account or profile.
Email Address associated with your account.
User ID used to identify your Real Ludo account.
Gameplay Content, such as player-to-player chat messages and other in-game content you submit.
Purchase History, such as information about coins or game items purchased through Real Ludo.
Product Interaction, such as information about how you interact with game features.
2. How We Use Information
Authenticate and maintain your account.
Provide offline and online gameplay, multiplayer matches, friend challenges, and tournaments.
Enable in-game chat and other player interactions.
Save profiles, game progress, rewards, purchases, and game settings.
Maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse.
Provide customer support.
Maintain and improve the reliability and functionality of Real Ludo.
3. Sign-In Services
Real Ludo supports Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple. When you use these services, the provider may provide information such as your name, email address, and an account identifier, subject to your choices and the provider's policies.

4. Third-Party Services
Real Ludo uses third-party services needed to operate the app, including:

Google Firebase for services including authentication, database/storage, and online game functionality.
Google Sign-In for users who choose Google authentication.
Apple for Sign in with Apple and Apple's In-App Purchase system.
These services may process information according to their own policies and applicable laws.

5. In-App Purchases
Real Ludo offers in-app purchases such as coins and permanent game items. On iOS, purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not receive or store your full payment card number through Apple's payment system.

6. Chat and User-Generated Content
Messages and other content you submit during supported multiplayer features may be stored and associated with your account so that multiplayer and communication features can function.

7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may provide information to service providers when necessary to operate Real Ludo, provide authentication, store data, process purchases, maintain security, provide support, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, support gameplay and purchases, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we may delete or anonymize it subject to applicable requirements.

10. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Real Ludo account and associated personal information by contacting bimxyp@gmail.com. Please include the email address or other account information associated with your account. Some information may be retained when required by law or for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution.

11. Children's Privacy
Real Ludo is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review the matter.

12. International Data Processing
Real Ludo and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we take appropriate steps to comply with applicable data protection requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date when changes are made.
